IT or biometric system failures at airports have caused nationwide e‑gate outages, leading to long queues and missed flights. BOV can provide redundant architecture and local fallback modes so that if the central system is down, gates can operate in a degraded mode or be quickly bypassed under staff control, reducing passenger impact.

Standard gates may be too narrow for passengers with big luggage, strollers or reduced mobility, causing congestion and manual interventions. BOV designs wider lanes and integrates with airport layouts to accommodate luggage and PRM traffic. We also include manual override gates and clear signage to keep flow smooth when exceptions occur.
