Key Features & Functions
Mechanical System:Divided into structural frame and core mechanism. The structural frame carries directional read/write devices; the core includes solenoid, mainboard, mounting frame, drive shaft, gate arm, dust/waterproof cover, and guardrail.
Electronic Control System:Comprises card reader, main control board, limit switch, transformer, battery, solenoid, and relay.
Card Reader (customer-supplied):Reads card data, processes the information, and sends a pass request signal (switch signal) to the main control board.
Working Principle:
1) Power on — system enters operational state after 3 seconds.
2) When the card reader reads a valid card, the buzzer sounds a pleasant tone to indicate successful reading. The card data is processed and a pass request signal is sent to the main control board.
3) The main control board receives the pass request, processes it comprehensively, sends a valid control signal to the motor, which runs and opens the gate arm. The limit switch controls the motor rotation angle. (In normally-open mode, the motor does not actuate.)
